EPOCH MATERIAL CO., LTD. (Epoch) is a major manufacturers of copper slurry in the field of chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) slurries for IC industry . Our products were successfully introduced into IC industry in 1999. In keeping up with industrial growth and market demand, we have developed a series of copper CMP slurries and cleansing solutions for CMP applications, supplying to IC and liquid crystal display (LCD) industries globally.

Epoch was only a CMP division of a major domestic resin and electronic chemical material manufacturer, ETERNAL CHEMICAL CO., LTD. (Eternal). In order to serve the industry with more capacity and also getting more flexibility in operation in accordance to the culture of the industry, or Epoch was span off from Eternal in early 2004, and set up a factory in the Kaohsiung Zone of the Southern Science Park.
